About Us
Fayetteville Disc Golf is a collaborative community project that benefits students, residents and visitors of the New River Gorge region. With the help of many contributors, we were able to make this project a success! A special thanks to the Fayette County Board of Education for the use of their property and New River Health for being the primary donor.
Welcome!
Our 9-hole disc golf course is located adjacent to Fayetteville PK-8 school. The parking area is located in between the school and the football stadium. Just look for the course kiosk! Playing a round is a great way to take in the day and enjoy nature. The course was designed with beginners and seasoned disc golfers in mind. The first four holes are nestled in the thick forest with challenging throwing lanes while holes 5, 6, & 7 are more open. Don’t forget to hop on the trail system for a short scenic hike that leads to hole 8! Finish up the course through the rhododendron and throw your last disc atop the hill. We hope you enjoy the course and please remember to abide by disc golfers code & help keep our course beautiful!
